Hi Todd,Thank you for your feedback. As you know, we made special arrangements to switch you to another unit. When the manger checked in with you after the move, you stated that everything was good and did not report any further issues. Since your stay, the mattresses have been upgraded and the shower noise has been addressed. The main attraction for this building is that is located on a championship golf course. As advertised, the amenities the of building include a barber shop, dance studio and cafe.Since you did not state the reason for your early departure or request a refund of any kind you were not offered one. The manager had also followed up with you once you mentioned you were leaving early, to which you did not respond. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.
