Es war ein sehr sch?nes Designer Boutique Hotel. Service war eher wie in einem 4 Sterne Hotel, aber im Gro?en und Ganzen hatte ich eine gute Zeit dort und habe mich wohl gefühlt.

设计感是有的，建筑整体非常有趣。公区的氛围很好，房间的话就属于中规中矩，甚至配置较低了，可能因为是旅行最后一晚，前面住的都是豪华五星，有点不适应。不要房间设施有太多想象。服务很热情。

This is such a lovely hotel.
The heritage building has been sympathetically renovated to create an elegant, stylish and calming oasis from the hustle and bustle of its buzzy central Petalang location.
The staff can’t be faulted either—they were all warm and so helpful; whether this was helping assist our early 4am check-in, delivering our delicious room service meals or organising a much-appreciated 3pm late checkout.
The food is great too. We loved having a fixed menu at breakfast instead of the amorphous buffet situations of the bigger skyscraper luxury hotels of KL.
We had the best time during our 5-night stay and are very glad we chose Else for our time in the city.

Beautiful design hotel in the middle of Chinatown. Very convenient location to explore the city. You find great restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby. The metro is also nearby so you can go around town.
Rooms are nice but on the smaller side in comparison to other hotels in KL. Breakfast is a la carte and you have a nice selection of options from Western to Asian cuisine. Nice pool area with a view over the old town.
I'd definitely come back to this place.

Extremely good service but the view and location could be better. For the price you pay, the luxury is there but the view of homeless people opposite petaling street is not the best. Also, the sheer bathroom doors barely offer privacy indicating a more suitable approach for couples rather than families or friends.

We really enjoyed our stay at Else Hotel - the staff was really friendly, the aesthetic of the hotel was amazing and we really love the ala cart breakfast! Location is also great you can choose to take the metro as it is only a 4 min walk away. Located in the heart of chinatown, we mostly walked to all the locations that we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!
