绝对是超乎意想的一个酒店，没想到在这条街上还会有这么有设计感的酒店，房间空间很大，也很乾净，下次来还是会住的，早餐就比较一般了，广东口味不是很吃的惯。

Staff were friendly and reached out to me via Whatsapp. Provided Omno Solace shower products which were very nice to use. You can also request for a free bottle of Aesop Rind Concentrate Body Balm once a day.

Truly a luxurious 5-star experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning. Every corner feels like a page out of a design magazine. Classy, quiet, and effortlessly atas.
Breakfast was a real highlight: beautifully presented à la carte dining where you choose a starter and a main upon arrival, with unlimited coffee, tea, or juices. Everything was made fresh to order. No buffet chaos, just calm, curated indulgence. Every dish we tried was yummy! Quality over quantity, and it showed.
The service was warm and attentive, making the whole stay feel personal and high-end. Would absolutely return!

Else Kuala Lumpur is a standout boutique stay, especially for travelers seeking a calm, upscale retreat that still immerses you in city life. Thoughtful amenities, heritage ambiance, wellness offerings, and standout food make it well worth visiting.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel has a strong artistic and beautiful design, and is located right around the corner from Petaling Street (Chinatown).
It’s within walking distance to various popular cafes and restaurants for both casual visits and dinners. The hotel staff are very friendly and do their best to meet the needs of the guests.
The pool is saltwater and very clean, offering a beautiful view whether you swim at night or in the morning. Towels and refreshing lemon water are provided by the pool, which is a thoughtful touch. The only downside might be that while the public restrooms are beautiful, they do not have shower facilities, so you’ll need to go back to your room to shower while still wet. Lastly, the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but it’s very convenient to take the MRT or park in nearby parking lots (you’ll need to survey the prices beforehand).

I had a wonderful stay at ELSE Hotel!
The environment is beautiful, cozy, and very clean — truly a comfortable place to relax.
You must try their breakfast — it’s not only delicious but also very unique. I especially loved the morning tea; their teacups and teapots are so charming, I instantly fell in love with them!

During our trip, my friend unfortunately had a minor fall. When I asked the front desk for some first-aid supplies, I didn’t expect them to deliver it to us so quickly. We were truly touched by their kindness and efficiency.
