Dès l’arrivée, l’odeur annonce la couleur. Odeur douce de cannelle avec un accueil très chaleureux de la réception. Chambres au top avec service de qualité. Par la suite, nous avons pu découvrir la plage toujours très bien entretenue par les ??life guard?? L’equipe animation toujours super dynamique avec qui on peut parler, rigoler et s’amuser. Et pour finir, la cuisine. Plats variés avec de supers desserts. Service au top avec des gens supers souriants. Pour conclure, je pense que le point fort de cet h?tel est la bienveillance du personnel. Si vous êtes un futur touriste, je vous en prie : soyez sympa avec le personnel qui se dévoue pour vous. Un bonjour, un s’il vous pla?t, un merci ne fera jamais de tort et, au contraire, vous recevrez certainement un joli sourire et un service encore meilleur pour la suite de votre séjour.

Siamo stati accolti dal primo giorno a partire dai ragazzi che puliscono le camere per finire ai ragazzi che lavorano in spiaggia e al ristorante in maniera molto carina e premurosa,il cibo davvero buono e sempre diverso,un ringraziamento anche al direttore Mohamed per la sua disponibilità,non vi dimenticheremo mai! Un GRANDE ABBRACCIO da parte nostra a TUTTI VOI

Returned to my second home. A warm welcome checked-in then was taken to my favourite resort room on their golf cart. First time stay over the Xmas and NY hols. It was very busy, as expected, but the staff still managed to provide great service. The special dinners and entertainment for the Xmas and NY eve parties were excellent. Real effort made by the hotel and their staff. This hotel has grown in popularity since my first visit but it still retains its part of their 'family' ethos. My fear is that there are extensive building work, many more rooms, around the hotel. Will it have an impact on the current facilities? The restaurants, entertainment, pools, beach areas etc. I hope not. Booked to return this May. I'm already looking forward to it.

Absolutely amazing staff!!! Hats down the best I've experienced ?? Beautiful rooms, amazing food, great massages, perfect beach and sea. Amazingly friendly staff, both men & women ??

Fantastisch hotel dat echt wordt gemaakt door het fantastische personeel! De schoonmaker die nadat ik heel ziek was geweest het geen probleem vond mijn bed extra te verschonen, managers die iedere dag op het strand aan alle gasten kwamen vragen of we iets misten om het ons nog meer naar ons zin te maken. De fantastische Lifeguards die precies weten wie er op het strand ligt, bij wie ze horen en zelfs wat de mensen aan hebben, als je per ongeluk je strandjurk vergeet dan komen ze deze een dag later terugbrengen. Islam van de bar op het strand, altijd vrolijk, altijd in voor een grapje en verse thee voor mij maakte met citroen en mint toen ik ziek was. De Free Spirit bar waar je superlekkere cocktails kon halen. De laatste dag vertrokken wij te vroeg voor het ontbijt en er lag een heerlijk ontbijt to go voor ons klaar. De Italiaan die misschien anders is dan het Italiaans dat wij gewend zijn, maar wel ontzettend hun best doen met de ingredi?nten die ze hebben. Het houtskool restaurant dat echt ook fantastisch was. We gaan hier zeker terugkomen!

Abbiamo scelto questo resort per tranquillità e ci siamo trovati molto bene con lo staff e tutti gli animatori del posto. Il cibo è buono e i servizi che offrono sono ottimi. Gli animatori sono molto simpatici e puoi passare del bellissimo tempo divertendoti con loro. Consiglio molto per chi vuole scegliere relax e divertimento. 10/10

Natale 2025 e Capodanno 2026...al TOP Struttura molto vicina all'aeroporto di Marsa Alam (10 min di transfert) molto bella e organizzata, per nulla dispersiva. Pulita ovunque, personale super gentile e premuroso, sono davvero il valore aggiunto di questa struttura. Camere tenute molto bene, in bagno c'e' anche il bidet. Noi alloggiavamo nella 175 ed eravamo vicini a tutto. Spiaggia attrezzata con lettini, materassini ed ombrelloni, si puo' entrare in acqua agevolmente x rinfrescarsi ma poi dal pontile si entra facendo il bagno su una barriera corallina dai colori splendidi e piena di pesci. Spa valida con prezzi giusti (basta trattare un po...) piscine sparse ovunque (una era anche riscaldata). Bar molto forniti e con l'all inclusive si hanno anche cocktail! Negozi all'interno con prezzi onesti. Davvero una bellissima esperienza, abbiamo fatto Natale e Capodanno ed abbiamo avuto una temperatura splendida con 25 gradi, sole cocente, acqua del mare "calda" (ho fatto il bagno senza muta!) Torneremo, promesso! Se proprio vogliamo trovare qualcosa da migliorare...di potrebbe essere piu' attenti con il cibo, cercando di avvicinarsi un po' di piu' ai gusti italiani. Comunque, essendo una struttura internazionale, va bene cosi!

Vom FH Marsa Alam, sind es gute 10 Minuten zum Hotel. Der Empfang, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr hervorheben m?chte ich den Room-Service (wir waren auf Zimmer 219). Unsere Zimmer waren stets super sauber und sch?n hergerichtet. Die Auswahl an Essen, ist ausreichend und richtig lecker war es in den Themen-Restaurants. Die Anlage ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und man findet dort verschiedene Bars und Besch?ftigungsm?glichkeiten (Gym, Tischtennis, Dart, Aerobic, Aqua Gym, Billard. Das abendliche Animationsprogramm, ist sehr vielseitig. Sehr lecker sind auch die selbst gepressten Fruchts?fte am Strand. Das gesamte Team, ist herzlich, professionell und immer bemüht, den G?sten einen sch?nen Aufenthalt zu erm?glichen. Uns hat sehr gut gefallen, dass das Hotel von der Umgebung her, sehr ruhig gelegen ist. Ein Ausflug zum Port Ghalib, ist mit dem Taxi sehr gut umsetzbar und den Hafen erreicht man ebenfalls nach 10 Minuten. Alles in allem, war es für uns eine traumhafte Woche, die keine Wünsche übrig gelassen hat. Und weil es so sch?n war, buchen wir in den n?chsten Tagen, die n?chste Reise dorthin. Es war einfach wunderbar.

Esperienza nel complesso bella siccome è stata fatta con amici. Per quanto riguarda però il resort, tralasciando il periodo che purtroppo non ci ha permesso di incontrare altre persone giovani della nostra età, non ho tante cose positive da dire a riguardo. L’unica cosa positiva é stata l’accoglienza ricevuta dallo staff e dal gruppo di animazione con cui abbiamo fatto amicizia da subito. Parlando invece del resort in sé per sé, bocciatissimo, alla pari di un 3 stelle situato ad Hurgada o Sharm El Sheik. Cibo davvero scadente, sporcizia in giro e nelle stanze ed inoltre pure all’interno del resort non tutti accettano la carta per pagare. Siamo stati obbligati ad utilizzare il servizio taxi offerto da loro a 10 volte il prezzo del taxi che avremmo potuto prenotare da Uber. Di escursioni abbiamo fatto Luxor e il giro con i quad nel deserto, ed in entrambi i casi non abbiamo fatto tutto quello che avremmo dovuto fare, ed inoltre ci é stato chiesto di pagare 70€ per le foto fatte durante il giro con i quad, quando invece ci era stato detto che sarebbero state gratis. Nei negozi interni al resort vi pelano quindi occhio a non acquistare nulla. Esperienza nel complesso bella perche appunto vissuta con amici ma se dobbiamo valutare il resort io gli do un bel 6. La sufficienza solamente grazie all’accoglienza dello staff e del gruppo di animazione.

Chambre un peu petite pour catégorie "de luxe", pas vraiment de différence avec "standard". Propreté générale ok. Piscine chauffée très agréable mais souvent bondée. équipe animation ok sans plus. Centre de plongée très bien. Repas choix un peu limité mais correct. Aquaparc relativement grand mais rien de particulier sur les toboggans, eau très froide. Personnel très sympathique et efficace.
