Wir haben mittlerweile unseren dritten Urlaub im Amarina Jannah verbracht und sind nach wie vor von dem Hotel begeistert. Es bietet nach über 20 ?gypten-Urlauben von allen bislang von uns besuchten Hotels einfach das beste Preis/Leistungs-Verh?ltnis und so gut wie keinen Ansatz zur Kritik: Seien es die Unterkünfte, die Qualit?t des Essens und der Getr?nke in Buffet- (hier ist noch einmal eine Steigerung zum letzten Aufenthalt bemerkbar) oder den A-La-Carte-Restaurants, der wundersch?ne Strand mit den gro?zügig platzierten Liegepl?tzen oder die Pools (von denen einer beheizt ist) und das Hausriff. Alles gef?llt uns sehr gut und tr?gt zu einem herrlich entspannenden Urlaub bei. Besonders hervorheben m?chten wir auch insbesondere das Personal und den Service: Hier wird einem wirklich jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und mit einer ehrlicher Herzlichkeit begegnet. Besonderen Dank noch einmal an dem Guest Relations Manager Mohammed (Du bist der Beste!) und den General Manager Hassan. Wir kommen wieder!

We stayed at this hotel from November 11 to 22, 2025 (2 adults + 12-year-old daughter). For us, this was our 8th trip to Egypt, and although we are always very careful about choosing our vacation spot (after studying all the pros and cons of each specific place, we understand what we can realistically expect here), this particular hotel was very pleasantly surprised and exceeded all our expectations! Oddly enough, the main strength turned out to be the one we least expected, namely the food - we have never been fed so deliciously anywhere in Egypt, neither TUI, nor JAZ, nor other well-known hotel chains. The quality of the dishes (practically everything that was offered here), their quantity and presentation were simply perfect. We were surprised at first, but quickly found out that everything - from authentic dishes and traditional desserts, to more familiar European items: not just "edible", but made at the level of a restaurant with a good reputation. Even drinks from vending machines are really packaged juice (!) And, yes - seafood dishes almost every day :) There are many good things to write about this, but I just want to express my deep respect to the Amarina Jannah team of chefs on behalf of our entire family - you are the best! The second most important "plus" of the hotel is the high level of service, friendliness and customer-oriented attitude of almost all the staff. It feels like a lot of constant work is being done to maintain this level. It is indicative - even the gardeners and cleaners are quite able to communicate with tourists in two or three languages (!) From the reception staff (Mr. Mohammed - you are super professionals) to the beach boys - everyone is extremely attentive to your needs and ready to quickly and efficiently solve any of your questions. As everywhere else, they also offer additional services on the beach, but very correctly and at the slightest hint, with understanding and without discontent, they leave tourists alone. In general, the hotel staff - you are all just wonderful :) Another advantage is the overall style of the hotel, the design of the rooms, the well-thought-out and implemented compactness of the hotel territory. You can feel the taste and attention to the smallest details. You won't have to feel discomfort from searching for locations and long movements inside the hotel - everything is nearby, everything is enough, everything is competently located and beautifully decorated. We especially liked the terraces of the main building and the gardens of the cozy courtyards between the buildings. The beach and the reef are the most valuable assets of this hotel. I don't think there's any point in describing them in detail here, it's better to personally enjoy all the amenities of these Italian sun loungers and wonderful large authentic straw "umbrellas", a short pontoon for diving and exploring the beautiful coral gardens and two swimming areas carved into the reef slab - everything here is thought out

Let's start one by one The hotel has really a nice view with a huge aqua park. The welcoming was really great. But the location is very bad and all the time our phones were out of service so u barely can make a phone call The way to port ghalib is very short but still takes time and also so expensive bcs the road has a lot of broken parts and the cars don't like to go inside. The staff some of them r friendly and some not bcs some of them were expecting to take tips and for sure when u give them tips they start being smiley and nice. The taste of the beer and the normal drinks were good. But the taste of the cocktails and the cappuccino were really bad as the quality of the alcohol in cocktails wasn't actually good and also the quality of the coffee was really bad and even the milk was powder milk. Also the water isn't mineral water it's normal water and we got a stomach pain sometimes from it. The food sometimes was so bad especially at the lunch and dinner time that we had to make a very big problem so they reserved for us the a la carte restaurant which was honestly perfect but could fix better the quality of the food in the normal restaurant. The pool was actually good and so the sea but it was written that it's a sandy beach and it wasn't sandy at all it was a small part in rocks or else u can jump from the marina and for the people who can't actually swim isn't a very good idea and should be more honest about the info u put for the hotel. The animation were really active and nice but not to mention that Amr wasn't the best he was treating the Egyptians in a bad way and the forigners in a good way which made me feel so strange as he is an Egyptian also. Overall the experience wasn't so bad but I don't think we will be back to this hotel again. We were expecting more from Amarina hotel as we were in Amarina soma bay 2 years ago and it was absolutely perfect.

Perfect location. Good start for diving experience. Very friendly staff. Xmas vibe was huge plus. Clean rooms. Overall very good.

It was a wonderful stay, excellent hotel, room was beautiful, very friendly service. Everything felt like a warm bath. In one word: excellent.

I visited the hotel twice. I chose this hotel because I had visited another Amarina Hotel before and I was sure I would receive excellent service. And I wasn't disappointed. I always try to choose hotels which are not huge and impersonal. And I wasn't disappointed. Guests are accommodated in apartments in different buildings in which there are 2, 4 or 6 apartments. They are nicely decorated, the beds are so comfortable that sometimes you don't want to leave the bed ?? They are cleaned every day, towels changed, bottled water delivered. The food is quite good, but there is still room for improvement - and this is for me the only thing that needs improvement: there could be more fruit and a wider choice of meat. The waiters in the main restaurant are quick and extremely helpful. They remember your preferences and bring your preferred drinks or arrange umbrellas to protect you from the sun. Generally the Staff working in the hotel is the reason why people return to this hotel: the housekeepers, life guards, waiters, receptionists were all friendly all day long even though they work long hours every day. We really appreciated the help of Mohamed, the Bell captain, who helped us with every issue we had: booking a'la carte restaurants, fixing problems with the room, exchanging money, giving advice on local trips and welcoming us in the hotel with a smile every day of our stay. We really felt taken good care of. It is also worth mentioning that the reef next to the hotel is absolutely amazing and the life guards are doing a great job protecting people's safety, but also protecting the reef from the people.

A very nice, cosy hotel with a beautiful reef and excellent staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and cleaned every day. The food is ok, but could be better, as the food is pretty monotonous. The animations are ok when it comes to aqua aerobic and evening shows, but apart from that not much happens. Waiters, bar tenders, cleaners are doing a great job. Everybody is really friendly and helpful. Nobody in my group of friends had any stomach problems, even though we drank drinks with ice and ate all types of food. I especially want to thank Mohamed Sayed who works in the main building at the entrance and who helped us with everything we needed. And also Mohamed, the guest manager who made sure, that all my friends were staying in the same building. Guys, you are the best.

Hotel Amarina made the best impression on our family and left only warm memories in our hearts. The quiet, cozy location is ideal for a family vacation. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The atmosphere in the hotel is very positive, calm and as conducive as possible to complete relaxation. The animators deserve special thanks - they constantly encouraged various activities, especially for children. The rooms are spacious, neat and comfortable, cleaning is done daily. The sea is not far away, and there is a convenient location for towels on the beach. Food is a special pleasure: the food is extremely tasty, varied, there were seafood dishes every day. We also sincerely recommend visiting the Italian restaurant on the hotel's territory. The evening programs are exciting and bright. I was pleasantly surprised by the absence of Russian tourists and the very patriotic, sincere attitude of the staff towards Ukrainians. The sea is warm, the pools (some of them heated), there is also a “quiet” children's pool. It is definitely worth swimming from the pier - it is there that incredible views of the underwater world of the Red Sea open up. We also recommend a walk through the desert and meeting a local bird named “Gavryusha” - these are unforgettable emotions. At the reception, we were warmly greeted by the administrators and the owner of the hotel, which created an extremely pleasant first impression after a long journey. Our family would like to sincerely thank all the staff of the Amarina Hotel for an incredible vacation from November 18 to 24. We will definitely come back and will be happy to recommend it to our friends! Glory to Ukraine! ????

Wir waren im M?rz und im Juli 2024 in diesem Hotel.
Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und immer um das Wohl der G?ste bemüht. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Das Essen ist nicht sehr abwechlungsreich, aber ausreichend.
Wir werden sicher noch einmal wieder kommen.
