The checking in process is rather complicated, but everything else is perfect. Beautiful building, rooms are spacious and warm. Very comfortable bad and clean bathroom. The location is great. In front of the metro station and walking distance to the city center and all major sights.

3 steps 3 keys to get into room.
Need to dial Italy number to activate the smart key door. For me I leave in US and my phone number not working in Italy.
Luckyly I met one guy he helped me open door

Great property, great location. Ideal for getting around Milan on foot. A/C poor but the staff quickly sorted it out.

Habitación limpia, es una propiedad de auto servicio, tienes que poder hacer todo (auto check in, check out) muy buena ubicación se puede llegar a la mayoría de lo sitios caminando.

A really great apartment in an excellent location. Particularly convient for Linate Airport as on the same metro line. Very spacious and nicely styled. Wifi wasn’t very good. Overall would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic location only a 5-10 min walk to all the main attractions. Clean and safe area. Hotel itself is self check in / out. Great directions beforehand.
The room was clean, good aircon, shower gel/shampoo etc in the bathroom and decent coffee machine.
A beautiful view from the room to the courtyard.
The room needs a little attention but minor details themat would not impact your stay.
I would definitely recommend to stay here
