I found that the check-in process was a little bit difficult as my phone with a data plan was not able to unlock the smart lock. Other than that, the hotel was fabulous and the customer service was great. The location was great as well.

Staff was so friendly and provided us local foodie recommendations. This hotel was clean and comfortable as well. Very convenient and close to the central station. Walkable/bikeable distance to the Duomo as well. Highly recommend for your stay in Milan

位置很好，离大教堂走路10分钟，地铁就在旁边，酒店装修很好，简约现代，乾净整洁。记得要接电话，前台服务时间好像是9:00-3:00，过点会联系网上check in。

超级棒的体验，房间比想像中还美，整个空间很舒适！接待人员非常亲切,因为我们提早抵达，他们也很努力的协助我们提早check in，还协助我们安排机场的接驳，一切都非常美好，未来如果再到米兰、一定会再订购这里！
