Stayed 3 nights at the spires Edinburgh. Couldn't fault anything. Location fantastic. Apartment everything you could want. Communication for arrival and departure very professional and first class. Staff at reception when I arrived very warm and welcoming. Lovely stay most definitely will return, thank you everyone at the spires.

Excellent apartment complete with everything we could have needed. It was clean, spacious and well stocked. Great location. We had been warned about the nightclub below being a noise risk but honestly we didn't hear a peep from our 3rd floor apartment.

Ottimo appartamento, ampio e confortevole anche per 5 persone, ogni stanza ha la sua porta, due bagni, due camere indipendenti, una bella zona giorno con divano e cucina attrezzata. Comoda sia alla old town che alla zona nuova. Consigliato!

Very noisy apartment. Stayed here for two nights whilst at a conference. Not the best place to stay if you want a good sleep. Pub/club under the apartment block which was open until 3am. Noisy with music, people shouting and laughing until 3.30am. Secondary glazing did not work. Went to reception and no one was ever there. Room was clean and central. If they sorted the windows I would maybe stay again.

The area is very good, almost everything was in walking distance.The apartment was clean and the staff is friendly. We booked the room via phone , they offered continental breakfast for 9 pounds. When we arrived we found the breakfast in the fridge! Every box included 1 croissant , 1 banana and 150 mls juice.But not any ingredients list on the box! I asked to cancel my “ continental breakfast”, and the manager emailed me and said they will be refunding me soon. They refunded to my account next day but only 7 pounds / breakfast, instead 9 pounds.Only 10 pounds different but annoying me. I emailed them not answered at all. I recommend the apartment but don’t book breakfast.

Lovely apartment, bed was nice and soft, shower was hot and powerful and the room was close enough to walk anywhere. Only disappionted is the 10am check out. Also I was out late so cannot comment on the noise that a lot of people seem to complain about

Das Apartment war der erste Stock auf unserer Reise. Wir haben hier zwei N?chte verbracht. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind relativ klein, jedoch komfortabel. An jedem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein separates Bad. Der wohn/Essraum ist klein, aber okay. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet inklusive Geschirrspüler, lediglich der Ofen k?nnte erneuert werden. Toll ist die Lage des Apartments. Von hier aus kann man sowohl das historische, aber auch das moderne Edinburgh problemlos zu Fu? erreichen. Innerhalb weniger 100 m finden sich etlicheLokale. Für jeden Geschmack ist da etwas zu finden.

I had a great time during my stay. The room was clean and equipped with complete amenities and even kitchen tools. I just wished my room had a better city view. My window was facing the garage of neighboring establishments and every time they sort out the bins, I can loudly hear all the noise from my room. But aside from that, I was happy with everything.
