Overall staff were welcoming and location of the girl is exceptional I requested for a note and 2 glasses of prosecco on arrival and this was not fulfilled. It was brought to their attention later during our stay but it was too late at this point. The balcony is not a balcony. It is tiny and for them to charge extra for that is outrageous. I was charged an extra ￡60 for not giving my partners details. It was an honest mistake. Nonetheless i paid as I did not want to deal worth the drama. Is this normal practice to charger per night for a room that already paid for that if for 1 plus guest ? The breakfast came with the price and was nothing eye catching. It gave European breakfast. Due to the poor breakfast we diddnt bother with any other restaurant food.

Super hotel in centro durazzo. Staff eccezionale, camere stupende, commode, pulitissime, arredamento di alta qualità, confortevole, non mancava niente niente. Ristorante molto carino, pulitissimo. Ottimo cibo. I ragazzi della reception stupendi. spa piccola ma ben curata con personale a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa, coccolati con cioccolatini e sempre sorridenti e gentili. Prezzi per i massaggi onestissimi. Tornerò molto volentieri. Bravissimi. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto molto bene. Consiglio assolutamente.

The hotel was lovely but was set in a shopping precinct and access to it was up 2 flight of steps just to get to the lift up to the hotel which is not great if you have mobility issues. The rooms were great. There was a spa but we didn't actually try it. Breakfast was a good variety but sadly all the cooked food was luke warm at best and therefore not great. We ate at the restaurant 2 nights and had no complaints about the food. However it took forever from ordering to it appearing on the table. It wasn't so bad the first time as we were one of two customers. The second time some people had to wait over an hour for food and some were eating at 9.30 due to the waiting. Shame it let the hotel down.

Questo hotel è splendido, Paola alla reception che parla italiano è stata gentilissima come tutto il resto del personale, camera spettacolare,letto comodissimo, un posto dove ti senti a casa! SPA piccola ma con tutto quello di cui c'è bisogno! E che dire della colazione mmmmm.... Buonissima dal dolce al salato,alla frutta o yogurt...tutto.. Complimenti a tutto lo staff. It's a very nice hotel in durres,It's very convenient in the city center.The service in the hotel is very friendly (ω)I like it so much.I have to mention Enea and Hergi for their help when I first came to Albania.Very kind to me,help us many things,let us know more about albania and love it! I will choice Duka hotel again when I come to albania.

There is nothing like 5* hotel. 1. The reception of the hotel double charge the amount of my stay and refuse to contact with travel agency until I come and ask them to email back. 2. I ask for room clean service on second day I stayed, but no cleaning has been done. 3. The third day they cleaned my room but they threw out all toothbrushes provided, and no refills of the toothbrushes. 4. The hair conditioner and shampoo are in each other’s bottles, which shows no professional at all. 5. Far from beach and the room is nothing like the picture, without balcony.
