Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Wir waren zu fünft und hatten ursprünglich 2 Zimmer gebucht. Einmal mit 3 Betten und einmal mit 2 Betten. Wo wir ankamen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten. Wir haben 2 Suits erhalten und wir haben alle noch nie so einen Hotelaufenthalt gehabt! Alles sehr sauber, super Lage und das Spa war auch Top! Der Jakuzzi war sehr warm und für uns gab es alle platz zusammen reinzugehen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wurde erst vor ein paar Monaten er?ffnet

5* ???? I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately found there is room for improvement. Firstly staff are very welcoming and helpful. 5* to staff This hotel is unsuitable for individuals with mobility difficulties, pushchairs and if you have small children.There are several stairs at the entrance of the hotel with no rails. There is a wheelchair access through the car park but often this access is closed, although the lift and key areas are accessable, like the dining area and reception have even surfaces, nonetheless Durres city centre is challenging. If you rely on a pushchair, wheelchair or have limited mobility, Drivers will park on drop kerbs, pavements can be narrow and trees are planted in the middle of pavements, a push chair can not get through. Many damaged pavements. Drop kerb on one side of the road not the other. At the seaside surfaces were flat but to access some restaurants impossible. Our standard room was very large, you get 2 pillows 1 hard 1 soft, bed mattress very firm, Juliet balcony, the room was a city view. 1 chair, kettle, tea coffee, sugar, items not always replaced. If you require milk ask at the bar. Complimentary bottle of water daily. Design issues with lights in wardrobe they would come on randomly in the middle of the night. The double glazing is of a poor quality, could hear the traffic and people on the streets below. Bathrobe and slippers provided. The room has a 50inch TV but the hotel does not have a licence to access programmes. But you can access YouTube and the internet.Also hotel has put a volume restriction on the TV at 15 which means if you have the air conditioning on you can not hear the TV very well. Bathroom Toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap. Neux hand soap, body wash. Vanity kit, Shampoo and conditioner. Hairdryer No tissues, no lotion, no shaving mirror. No toilet paper holder/dispenser. Toilet paper just left on a shelf. Toilet hose available. Nice shower but water would spill over to bed room. Seems a design fault with the flow of water. USB outlets next to bed, no plug points. One afternoon the fire alarm activated, we existed the building, there were no recognised fire marshalls or assembly point. I had to ring reception who explained there was no concern. Felt uneasy for the rest of my stay. They are no signs on the doors. Could not find our way out, same for gym on the fourth floor. Well equipped gym, however, no drinking water or wipes to clean machine after use. Nice spa, very clean, however no seats in the changing room. Robe, slippers, body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner, provided, no lotion or refreshments, just some sweets. Lockable locker provided. Breakfast, items not labelled. Food luke warm Nothing special, for a 5* hotel offered cheap concentrated juices. However, great coffee made by a barrister. The hotel is situated in the city centre part of a shopping mall on the 3rd and 4th floor. If you were a business person, there is a large desk but no plug/usb outle

I really enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. A fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. I would describe the hotel as a hidden gem. My room was spacious, airy and comfortable - the bed and shower were the best. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bellboy Amber was a real help, he met me on arrival and supported me until the last moment that I left. The hospitality of the staff spoke volumes. I would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Grand Duka Hotel & Spa for 2 nights on a solo business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel feels truly luxurious yet offers great value, with quiet, modern rooms perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The staff were professional and welcoming, making check-in seamless. Rooms were spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The on-site restaurant served fresh, delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of variety. I also appreciated how walkable the location was. Close to restaurants, the city center, and the seaside. The atmosphere was calm and ideal for working or relaxing, and I felt safe the entire time. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Durr?s, business or leisure!

We stayed one night in this hotel. The room was amazing,modern design,everything was new and of a really very good standard.The staff was very welcoming and very nice.The spa area was amazing:the turkish hamam,the emotional shower,jacuzzi,the massage room.The breakfast was full,even fresh fruit and some fantastik albanian pancakes (petulla) which were very crispy outside and full of flavour inside them. It was a luxury journey and we fully enjoy them

This is a new hotel but the staff are very well experienced and knowledgeable. The rooms are super modern and very well designed. Spacious and clean with 5-star amenities and Nuxe toiletries. And the bed and pillows... ?????? The spa and facilities are very clean. Parking is available for guests which is a big plus if you're driving as the area is very busy. It's attached to a mall but has its own entrance too. Tons of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend it! I stayed there during my birthday and they surely made it very special for me. Even got me a cake and a bottle of champs. Thank you guys! Hopefully, I'll see you again soon.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was spotless, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I also really enjoyed the hotel’s amenities – especially the spa and lounge area. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Everything was more than perfect! The room was perfect and extremely clean!!Great accommodation, excellent room service, closed to the cott center, all the necessary facilities were just there. Would definitely go back and recommend!
