Especially in street-facing rooms. That said, we sincerely regret that even after moving rooms, the noise continued to disturb your sleep. This is certainly not the experience we want for any of our guests.We also apologize for the late-night hallway disturbances on your final evening. Quiet hours are very important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
