That’s definitely not the experience we want any guest to have, and we understand how frustrating it must’ve been to choose between a warm room and excessive noise.We’ve already alerted our maintenance team to inspect and replace the rattling unit so this doesn’t impact future stays. However, each standing unit will make some level of white noise, while it is on. Thank you again for letting us know.
