Great location, comfy room, nice food, friendly staff. Shame about paying £7 to park, but saying that, you could park on the road outside for free.

I have just returned home after spending 2 days at the Premier Inn in Seaton with 17 friends. I couldn't fault my stay. My bedroom/ bathroom spotlessly clean. Bed very comfy. Breakfast yummy, what a choice, and dinner plentiful. Thank you.

We have never been to Seaton so decided to take a little winter break, we have used premier inns a lot and found they are excellent value for money. The room we were given had an adjoining door which is a perfect for families but not so good for separate couples. We could hear the people in the next room very clearly which made me feel uncomfortable. The room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly as there was a label on the floor, and I found a bag that pillows are kept in under the bed. I did tell them at the desk and they just said sorry. Both mornings the chef had not come in, which left one person out front and a young man trying his best to cook who had never done it before. Both tried their best to cope with breakfast serving but it was very busy, this meant that a lot of breakfast options were not available. I can honestly say this was the worse Premier Inn we have stayed in.

The hotel was fine, but appeared to be run with minimal staffing, probably as out of season. Room was up to usual standard. Unfortunately, what let it down was the restaurant. Had evening meal , the main course was very good. Then we ordered the biscoff pancake stack with strawberries, but neither appeared with the advertised strawberries! Next morning, went to breakfast, that was pre-booked, to be told there was no chef, so would have to be continental breakfast only. To her credit, one of the staff offered to cook a couple of eggs, but obviously not the same as the full cooked meal we were looking forward to, and had paid for.

Could easily of been 5/5 but I’m afraid a few things let it down. The towel rail fell off the wall when I went to take a towel. The steak was tasteless and just looked like a cheap thin piece you’d get from the supermarket. Next day asked if I could have two towels, none arrived, then the food on the evening was a disaster. A plain cheeseburger isn’t hard to do. First it came with everything on it, then it came back with the sauce just scrapped off the bun so I still couldn’t eat it. It went back and I heard the waitress say “she’s decided now she doesn’t want anything on it”, I most certainly know what I ordered as I do it everywhere. At that I just got up and went to Tesco for a sandwich. Another member of my party also had a dinner nightmare. Breakfast is alright. Would stay again. Bed super comfy but definitely wouldn’t eat main meal there.

We stayed at this hotel for a week last summer and the location was fantastic. It was very busy and we did have some problems with the staff as they seemed to be too busy to spend time answering queries and assisting visitors.Nathan was amazing and seemed to be always on duty and doing all of the jobs from reception to bartender Ing to getting towels and pillows. Although we requested every day, there were at least three occasions when our room was not cleaned. On the whole we had a nice time and I just think that there was not enough staff to accommodate the busy period.

A great little Premier Inn - Nathan, the day manager booked us in and was charming and helpful as were all the staff we met. The restaurant waitress on the Sunday evening was happy, quick and efficient and the breakfast manager was very helpful with local knowledge. A nice "buzz" throughout the hotel. Premier Inns are what they are but this is a good one. Well done.

I stay in Premier Inns a lot for work, all over the country, and I can honestly say that Premier Inn Seaton hotel has been one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had. Chloe was absolutely outstanding. Attentive and on it from the start and then later when I went down for food. — I picked something that wasnt available, I casually mentioned I was looking forward to it, but all ok it happens so i didn’t ask for anything, and I was totally fine choosing something else. Without being prompted, Chloe immediately spoke to Tony in the kitchen to see what could be done. She came back with an alternative, and it was actually better than what I’d originally wanted. Tony and Chloe were both so thoughtful, caring, and genuinely on it. Nothing felt like too much trouble. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive in a way that really stood out, not forced, just genuinely human. Premier Inn should be incredibly proud of staff like Chloe, Tony and Jodie who were the team today. Experiences like this remind you that there are brilliant people working quietly across the country who make a real difference to guests’ stays. Thank you — it was honestly excellent!

This was our second visit to this Premier Inn, easy to book on line with several food and drink offers. We checked in after parking in the good sized carpark, Check in was seamless, breakfast reservation confirmed, carpark registration sorted and off to our comfy room. Room was very clean a good size and nice temperature following a rest and change we ventured out to a local restaurant for food before returning to the hotel for drinks which we took to the room to chill out and rest. A good nights sleep was had, not sure about the new version 2.0 Premier Inn mattress we personally feel the previous Hypnos was comfier!! Breakfast was the usual Premier Inn standard, I had to go off to a training course whilst my wife returned to the hotel to catch up on a few emails and relax. Checkout was seamless and she was able to leave the car in the car park whilst she went for a walk to look at the rough seas (Storm Ingrid) grab some lunch before returning to the Inn. Although she had checked out on her return she had a short time to occupy and asked if she could use a table and also have a mug of Tea, she was welcomed Tony who deserves a special mention he showed her to a table and provided an excellent mug of tea and a cold water refill for her drinks container A short while later she departed to collect me and for us to make our way home, Its likely that I will be on further training in the area in the next 12 months and we will certainly be returning the The Seaton Premier Inn
