Reasonable price but compromised by awful service at check in. Fortunately there was need for further interaction as staff appeared generally disinterested. Parking restrictions looked pretty severe and when eventually I was able to ask a staff member he said I he really didn't know anything as the car park was separate to hotel. Unable even to confirm if pick up and drop off was restricted.

Great stay. Tony, Chloe, Jasmin the team were a delight, very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning in the near future.

We were made very welcome from the start and the staff were really helpful. Nothing was too much bother especially by the chef who was really friendly and accommodating, that does not however mean the rest of the staff were any less friendly or accommodating. We had a really lovely couple of nights here and the food was really good. Cannot complain at all.

Room is in good clean condition and of typical Premier Inn interior setting. Conveniently located beside Tesco supermarket and petrol station.
There’s no restaurants nearby so do reserve/be early to Premier Inn’s in-house restaurant for dinner as it has limited kitchen capacity.

A nice, friendly hotel that was clean and quiet with attentive staff. The room was great big enough and had a bath with shower and air conditioning. Large, comfortable Hypnos bed. The meal deal is excellent value and the food quality was fine. Modern hotel, great location and good value.

The hotel was only a 10min drive from Lyme Regis, and much cheaper than staying in the town itself. The hotel room was really clean and comfortable and perfect for me and my two young children. Would recommend the breakfast as kids eat free with a paying adult. A good selection to choose from and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Other than for a seemingly un-cared for breakfast, it was very nice - quite modern - and doing everything that you'd otherwise expect of a Premier Inn! Shame it was in Seaton, however, as that's such an awfully depressing place, to which we will never return!!!

On arrival I was surprised by the appearance of the reception personnel. They were polite but not up to the standard required for the job of being the first impression of the hotel. The room was up to the Premier standard and cleanliness very good. Unlike some other more expensive hotels I always sleep well in a Premier bed although I remember the pillows used to be softer. Hotel location ideal for beach access and Tesco when a petrol top up was required.

Good location for completing sections of the South West Coast path to Beer or Lyme Regis. The Seaton tramway passes through local wetlands. Spotted an egret and cormorant. Lengthy promenade to walk off the calories. An excellent second hand book shop in town plus a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants, and all within walking distance of Premier Inn.
