饭店位置离梅田站走路10分钟内可抵达，搭机场巴士也非常方便！附近有药妆店也有全家，过斑马线有许多家餐厅，对观光客很方便！
这次预订两人房在日本来说空间算大间，有浴缸+洗澡空间大跟厕所是乾湿分离。
不方便的一点是3天清扫房间，需要自行每天告知前台需要的毛巾和备品数量这一点来说不方便。
遇到的前台人员每位服务态度都很好！
下次有机会会再次来访！

因为了解到这个酒店是大半年前新开，由意大利建筑师设计，所以特地选了来试试。
在大阪站附近，门头挺小的，一进去上三楼前台后就感受到特色了，保留旧建筑痕迹并融合了现代艺术感，室内陈设有艺术感，甚至有股敍利亚风，床品一般，但房间还挺大的。

Staffs are very friendly and delightful. Breakfast was yummy. Our room was facing the freeway and main road. It was very noisy- no sound proof from outside and we can also easily hear foot steps from upper level. Light was too dim for make-up. Others are awesome!

It’s a small nice hotel with only 100 guest room.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy to communicate.
Just 10 mins from Osaka station, you’ll need a bit of effort to find it first time but not too difficult.
Breakfast is for bread only but it’s fine and good enough with me.

我们一家三口，定了两间房。预估到日本的酒店太小，住不下。谁知道去了酒店后，发现比描述的1.3米的床大，两床无缝合并，完全没问题，还有一个足够宽的沙发。酒店是清水混凝风，拍照真的显得有点惨，所以我感觉它的价格就被拖低了。可是………内部设计的细节超好，非常细腻，非常乾净，特别喜欢??！！！不过，两间房也有好处，行李箱能铺开，并且孩子吵的时候还能在另一房间里开会。

I like the location of the hotel. Very central to many shops and attractions. Breakfast a disappointment that serve only a variety of pastries. Nonetheless, love the modern and minimalist looks of the hotel.

Had a lovely stay at the Tones Osaka. It looks pretty much as in the pictures, which is rare these days. Staff was super friendly and helpful during the entire stay. Room was generally very clean. Mine was located to the backside of the window (window next to wall), therefore no disturbing level outside noise.
Breakfast was a bit smaller than expected (croissants, danish and bread buns) but actually just for my taste. I Just think it should just be communicated on their web presence since guests might expect more from this kind of boutique hotel.
Overall I would stay here again. Umeda station is walkable in distance. Good food and entertainment selection is to be found in the area.

Good location , walkable to Osaka and Umeda station. Lots of shoppings and restaurants nearby.
Staffs are very helpful with great service.
