Before I arrived to UK, I was so excited to stay in The Savoy, however, the cleanliness is very poorly in the bathroom. I found some dirt on the floor and the bathtub. It was disgusting! The room attendants are very rude. One day when we returned to our room, the room attendance was cleaning in our room and she told us to wait outside until she finished! Also, I paid for the ballon before I arrived to UK, it was for my husband birthday, when we checked out, they charge it again! So please make sure you will check your bills! I am not happy with this hotel! Location is good! That’s it!
We arrived to be greeted by service and manners from the start to the time we left.
Fantastic location,beautiful lobby and eating areas.A lovely reading room where you could read newspapers and have a drink in a quiet place.
The whole place was a quiet place really.The swimming pool is good plus the steam room and sauna.
The food was excellent too.
We went to see Back to the future musical and it was only over the road,that’s how good the location it is as well as Covent Garden being more or less over the road too.
You really do feel like a film star staying there.Amazing place.
