The staff could do no more u if they try very welcome very chatty room clean brill sleep staff were amzing my little boy defo be bk again

Visited restaurant for Sunday lunch. Pleasant restaurant Nice Staff. Roast beef dinner at ￡30 a person id expect more than frozen roast potatoes. Meat was thin and small three slices. Tasted good but id expect at least someone peeling a spud and seasoning and roasting it to perfection with a quality fat. Especially as we only received 3 each.

Room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable with ;plenty of pillows. The bathroom was spotless. All the staff i met were courteous and took the time to ensure all needs were met.

The room was lovely but disappointed with the breakfast eggs undercooked and it was luke warm. Plenty of choice, we had the full breakfast so I can’t comment on the other plates

The checkin was great. Staff could not have been more helpful. The room was really lovely - big with a large bathroom with lovely big fluffy towels and good quality shower, shampoo and conditioner lotions. We had dinner which was very good.

Checked in on the Friday night into room 15 my partner woke me up at 140 in the morning to tell me he felt something crawling on him we turned the light on and the bed was swarming with bed bugs its was awful thankfully we managed to see the manager as we couldn't get anywhere else to stay and she gave us another room which was clean and the bed was fine that was room 14 the room was very cold so couldn't shower and the taps just spurt water everywhere but apart from that the lady who runs it is lovely we enjoyed chatting with her but I needed to write this review I would feel awful if someone went to stay in that room and not be told what was in there I have read other reviews with the same problem I did try to cancel when I read them but it was a ￡35 pound cost so we just changed it and luck wasn't on our side

Absolutely loved staying at The Feathers Hotel. The rooms were very pleasant as was the decor, bed was really comfy, bathroom clean & bright. Most importantly the staff were all really lovely, they were happy & obviously enjoy their jobs from the manager down. The chef & his team cooked us an amazing dinner. The steak Rossini was just fabulous & the steak was cooked to perfection. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay there again & would definitely recommend staying there.

Beautiful old styled hotel, full of charm and friendly staff! Great receptionist Tom & duty manager Alison. Food exceptional and very reasonable priced bottle of Pinot Grigio @ ￡25. Room spacious and full of character. Wonderfully decorated, lovely shower and lots of amenities, fan, iron, fridge & safe in the wardrobe. Will definitely return soon!!

Nice location to local shops, Ludlow castle and train station. Lovely quirky building with cosy seating rooms and lighting very warm and inviting atmosphere. We had a junior suite for 2 nights excellent facilities,superking size comfy bed, large screen tv ,comfy chairs and a table over looking a welcoming courtyard. Mini fridge with complimentary drinks ,safe ,hairdryer, ironing board and iron,hairdryer. Kettle for teas ,coffee and drinking chocolate. Beautiful bathroom with walk in shower,twin sinks fabulous bath for a bubble bath soak and all the supplied bathroom products. Evening meal is a Michelin star well presented very tasty and beautiful cooked. Service was attentitive and very good. Breakfast was continental to start and we then ordered a hot breakfast a full English and 2 poached eggs which were perfectly cooked. Highly recommend a visit.
