Hotel is nice. Very clean and bright. Just no restaurant or shops nearby.
I had dinner in the hotel, I couldn’t recall the name (not Cafe), very nice too.

Check in and out went smoothly. All the staff were friendly. There's a variety of food to choose from at the breakfast buffet . Very close to the mall. Child-friendly pool. We had a very nice experience during our stay and would defintely be back again??

we enjoyed our one night stay in this
hotel. i booked a connecting room for 4 persons. however it took a little late before they came to open the connecting door and i had to call 3X before they acted on my request. also i wasnt informed that a senior discount is available for the food ww ordered from the hotel. anyways, we had a great time

The amenities and rooms are good. But the front desk and housekeeping are not responsive when you going to call the.

Located near popular places such as Okada, SM Manila Bay, Solaire, etc. Room was neat, tidy and staff were friendly. Bathroom is also clean. Overall, an option that does not break the bank for a staycation

If your going to stay in the city and but somewhere that’s quiet comfortable and affordable I highly recommend only thing is your on the outskirts. If you gamble it’s a plus because Okada is definitely in walking distance

Great value for money booking thru trip. Location is great and walking distance to Okada. Relatively new hotel. Complete toiletries. With free water. Highly recommended for the price??

Overall, our experience at Grand Westside Hotel was good. The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay.

Overall, the experience is so nice ?? Friendly staff and the buffet breakfast menu is many to choose from. We booked a 2-day stay, and I noticed that their main course does change which is a bonus... You wont get tired of the same food during your stay.
