Check-in and check-out such as issuing a key or checking out is a bit slow.Not efficient if you are running out of time..Plus the elevator keys are malfunctioning. I updated many times my room keys at the front desk and and still not working properly..Another thing,I notice that the swimming pool is not clean regularly.Lots of guests are using it everyday.Though the staff were polite,and attentive ,the hotel may improve its guests services.

The check in process took for a while. We literally fall in line for more than an hour. They should have put some more check in counters since they offer the most number of rooms among other hotels. Overall the hotel room or the hotel itself was good.

整体环境和服务都是比较好的，唯一有点不足的是房间空间有点小。

酒店很新，但是入住时要求不要看泳池的房间，否则泳池旁一直播放音乐，很吵。
酒店的餐厅晚餐超贵，服务也慢

床单有污渍，但床很舒服，窗帘遮光非常好。但服务人员提供服务等待时间有点久。走路10分钟内可以到7-11。整体还行

性价比高的新开酒店，比旁边的kindsford 便宜，但抽烟很不方便要去五楼，而且晚上八点之后就关闭，泳池 桑拿 健身房都很棒。

房间干净，床单干爽，比旁边的kingsgord好多了，就一河之隔。还有个天桥在建，连通到对面的商场。商场还没开业，但是看着规模很大，这个酒店未来发展空间不错，商场开了就方便了！现在周边配套没啥，除了步行可到的okada。还会再来的。

尤其是遮光窗帘遮光效果非常好，一度以为还在晚上，结果打开窗帘后已经白天了，睡得很好

房间太小，感觉有点挤，还处在施工收尾阶段。服务一般，办理退房，司机在门口的停车位等几分钟都不让，停到离酒店大堂门口远一点的地方也不行，保安也一直要问，感觉不好
