I had a fabulous comfy stay at The wellington. The room was fab and the food in the restaurant was amazing. The staff were great and very friendly. Would def stay there again

Room was clean staff were friendly but not sure they completely knew what they were doing at check in. Went to go for breakfast and they didn’t have a chef on which was a shame.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable.
The shower room could do with some attention. Rusty soap marks down the wall by the sink where the handwash is attached to the wall.
The shower hose needs replacing and the shower doors look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks.
The young lady serving breakfast was lovely, but let down by the rather poor breakfast options. Honestly-Cocoa Pops, Rice Crisies and Frosties and Crunchy nut cornflakes- not a 3 year old to be seen. No jam, no marmalade and no yoghurt. Nice staff and bedroom spoiled by grotty shower room and poor breakfast.

One of the best hotel rooms I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The Wellington has everything!

Good location, fine for one night
The location is great and it was great to stop by for one night. The breakfast and service were really friendly. The room we stayed was fine for one night. Could be cleaner (dust). Maybe it was not used for a while. The bathroom probably needs better ventilation as there are some mouldy spots.

Parking was away from hotel & didn’t feel safe - rough area by bus station. Although thankfully our car was fine in the morning. The stairs going up to the room were smelly & dirty & the carpet in the room horrid. Didn’t want to take shoes off. That said the bed linen & towels & bathroom were clean with lovely white sheets. Probably our fault for choosing pub accommodation. Was convenient for the places we wanted to visit

Meget d?rlig oplevelse. V?relset var m?g beskidt. Der hang brugte h?ndkl?der p? badev?relset som ogs? var meget beskidt og slidt. Sengen skulle man ligge midt i for ikke at rulle ud, da den var s? slidt og bl?d i kanten. Tv’et virkede heller ikke. Find et andet hotel hvis det er muligt.

We where in the two single beds room the beds they where uncomfortably we didn’t get much sleep.If you take your car you will have trouble parking we at to park up by the beach. The staff we’re lovely especially the manger.

It was large, clean and bright, easy to reach from the rail station and bus service 10 min and the city centre. A bit noise because is on the street.
Excellent position to start the walk on the cliffs and see the paradisiac Seven Sisters

Convenient location, close to the sea. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Staff helpful. From around 11.00 pm until 3.00 am there was a great deal of noise. Possibly from other residents, or maybe from resident staff. I would want assurances about this before booking again.
