Had a lovely Mothers day meal but unfortunately we were placed by the side entrance and people were constantly opening the door . It was absolutely freezing in there , poor Mother is 90 and it was way too cold for her . The roast meal however was faultless lovely and tasty and piping hot . Hotel Room could do with updating but it was very spacious and exceptionally clean .
The hotel is a basic, no frills but highly welcoming place. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was good and excellent value for money. The location ideal for all manner of destinations.
Average, tired, not very clean, had to wait quite a while for the staff to serve pints before we could check in.The room was minimal, bathroom not overly clean
The bed was comfy with nice bedding.
The room was spacious and it made me feel like a princess. Though the bed wasn’t so comfortable and there was too much light in the room at night. However, the staff was super friendly and the location was less than five minutes from the beach by foot.
Overall, I like it a lot.
Central Hotel but Brecon has no 24hr parking, you can park until 8am but you have to put a ticket on rom this time. We manage to find a parking space in the street about quarter of a mile away rom the hotel ??

Great hotel in center of brecon town ,ideal for walking home from local pubs ..lovely Christmas tree and nice decor through the bar and restaurant area, comfortable bed , nice rooms .had good in restaurant, was very nice ,had ribeye steak .
I like every thing. But it is important to provide telephone in rooms. Especially if needs assistance of some stuff.?Like my case I needed an iron I have to come down on my night dress and dressing gown. Communication in rooms is important. Also try to find a carpet cleaner for the stairs. Otherwise is very pleasant place. Thanks

The booking was smooth but we got there around 2am (had pre-infirmed the staff that we'd be arriving late) and the doors were locked, no doorbell to alert the reception , the number given on the door to ring was incorrect and neither was anyone at the reception. Had to knock around and hope someone would see us and eventually the receptionist did.
Check-in was smooth once we got into the hotel and the room was pretty standard.
Not good - not bad.. pretty average I'd say.
