Great stay
The staff i encountered were very helpful, profesional and welcoming. The food was very nice and the room was comfy with a good shower and wifi.
We had a couples weekend away. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and comfortable. Food took a little time to come out, however was well worth the wait! Giant pizzas (enough for 2 of us to share) and highly recommend the ham croquettes!!
Buses to the city centre are just outside and frequent.

Had dinner the night we checked in. Burger was cold, chips tasted like old dirty oil and the onion rings looked like a mess of onion and batter all stuck together in a bowl. Staff didn’t seem to care, did mention it when paying, but they just went silent. Then bed was very uncomfortable. We just sunk into it, if I rolled over felt like I was going to fall out the bed. Very squeaky and the mattress was clearly old, with a seperate yellow layer of foam between top of the mattress and the bed sheet which didn’t fit properly. Won’t be returning to this hotel again.
Apart from the shower water not being over hot , everything was 5 star. The shower was not cold but I do like it really hot.
That was the only criticism I had . The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again
It should have mentioned there are no
Lifts on the premises ! We had 43 steps to our 2nd floor
room ! My wife has a medical condition but she said it
was good excercise ! We requested on 2 days to have our
room refreshed and this was not done ! until we told them !
We cannot fault the breakfast and staff !
