Close to motorway but tucked away from any noise. Large car park, large pub and lots of amenities on your doorstep.
Limited Internet was my only problem but it may have been due to the storm.

The staff were very kind! The food at their restaurant was absolutely delicious!!! Our room was comfortable, but the bed sheets were a little stained (and so was one of the two towels), and the shower temperature was hard to control and maintain! But, overall, this was a great property and we’d gladly stay again!!

Staff are nice, room was clean. Wake up every morning with voice of seagulls. One option breakfast which is good

Situato in un tipico pub.Atmosfera tipica e deliziosa.Cibo fantastico sia a cena che a colazione (solo English breakfast). Letti comodi e spaziosi. Bagno non eccezionale.

It is a room above a pub so expected a bit of noise but as it was hot we had to keep the window open, no fans etc. The room was clean but dated and could do with some maintenance. Breakfast, as others have suggested, is very limited with strict one of anything ie one hot beverage, one glass of orange, etc.

The room was clean and the bedding was fresh and nicely pressed. Although breakfast was included, it was only served between 8 to 9am which was a short window. The breakfast menu was basic but good enough.

Excellent h?tel
Super séjour à Seaford. La mer est au bout de la rue, l’h?tel est dans le centre très bien situé vers les commerces et le bus pour aller à Brighton ou Eastbourne. Le personnel est très sympa et le petit dej est possible sur place. Je recommande cet h?tel

Fab period pub/coach house with real charm
Fantastic old coach house beautifully renovated but keeping the 500 year features.
Food was fabulous and the staff helpful and lovely.
Set in a beautiful traditional English village.

Nice but not!
Nice room but stayed on a hot day with a small baby. The room has a fan but was very hot . Also facing the road so quite noisy.
